v1-Coaching

The ability to coach people is a critical aspect of leadership whether that’s in sport or work.

Inspiring coaches make inspiring leaders and it’s a skill  that’s learned not made……and it’s transferable.

We will start you off with your first coaching certificates and the opportunity to put it into practice.  Initially here in Kent and then, potentially, in the wider world.

While it’s not critical that programme participants are cricketers – the coaching skills they learn have broader application in their future education and working lives as well as being transferable to all sports – it will certainly enhance their ability to analyse and improve their own game.
